"Helpful staff, but something felt a little off"
The staff were nice and did try to help, so I’ll give them that. But the service was slow, and I couldn’t help feeling like there was more going on behind the scenes than they were letting on. Overall, it was okay, just not totally reassuring...

"Booking was fine, tickets took a few minutes"
The site worked okay overall, but checkout felt a little clunky and took maybe 5 or 10 minutes longer than I expected. The tickets did come through in the end, just not as quickly as I’d hoped

"I really enjoyed the tour and the audio..."
I really enjoyed the tour and the audio guide was super easy to use. I’m usually bad about paying attention to these things because I get distracted or don’t plan ahead, but this made it simple to follow along and actually enjoy the experience.

"Ferry was right on time"
I wasn’t totally sure what to expect with Alcatraz Cruises, but it ended up being a smooth experience. Boarding was easier than I thought it would be, and the line moved surprisingly fast. The staff checked tickets quickly and pointed everyone in the right direction. The ferry left on time both ways, which I really appreciated because we had plans afterward and I was a little worried about delays. Overall, it was simple, organized, and kind of stress-free...

Just a quick warning for anyone considering it, this trip is definitely worth the money. It was easy, fun, and a really good value overall. I’d do it again
